Located in Herzliya’s hi-tech hub, this project is organized into a series of mixed-use buildings and public open spaces that respond to the context of the site.
The complex with five buildings, ranging in height from four to fifteen storeys, will be built and populated in several phases. The contemporary design of the complex intertwines around a large green plaza, promenades and green roofs, creating a variety of flexible office spaces and enriching the retail and entertainment areas located at the ground floor.
This modern, large scale commercial development will provide a lively environment around the clock.
