Leon Bloom is a project located in the heart of an established residential neighborhood in Holon, comprising eight residential buildings of 8 and 9 stories. The upper-level setbacks and the diagonal beams connect the buildings and create an opportunity to introduce a distinctive architectural feature that defines and differentiates the complex.
Pedestrian pathways are woven between the buildings and connected to an internal circulation network leading to a continuous green promenade running from north to south. The promenade includes shaded seating areas, lush landscaping, and community activity zones. The architectural design seeks to create an open urban environment that connects the project to the surrounding streets, incorporating illuminated entrance lobbies and residents’ lounges that open toward the public realm. The inner courtyards feature playgrounds, outdoor fitness areas, and seating pockets, all linked by a pleasant and accessible pedestrian sequence.
The project offers a high quality of living, sustainable design principles, and seamless integration into the urban fabric, while strengthening the connection between private and public space.
