This iconic new gateway to North Tel Aviv stands at the northern end of a new complex of buildings along the busy Ayalon Highway, Begin Boulevard and Wolvelsky Park.
Young TLV consists of two oval towers rising 40 and 46 storeys, with a strong pattern of white horizontal beams that are connected at the lower floors and again as a bridge at the upper floors. The lower floors follow the flowing pedestrian and bicycle paths and contain office and commercial space, a kindergarten and spa. Above this are 480 apartments for young couples, of which 10% are affordable housing.
The flowing, dynamic towers are an inspiring addition to Tel Aviv.
