We Tube is a 7-story office and commercial building, located in the heart of the revitalized Media Park in Rishon LeZion’s west side, with high visibility from major traffic arteries.
The project comprises approximately 25,860 m² above ground and about 29,830 m² of underground parking in six basement levels. Each office floor, measuring around 3,300 m², offers open terraces for tenants.
The dynamic façades, featuring aluminum fins set at varying angles, create a constantly shifting appearance while providing climatic shading. The ground floor hosts a commercial colonnade, an urban plaza, and landscaped green areas designed for pedestrian and cycling activity.
As the first phase of a future complex that will also include a 40-story tower, the building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and sets a new benchmark for architecture, sustainability, and connectivity in the city.
