Located at the eastern edge of Tel Aviv, Metropolin Tel Aviv features a combination of residential and office spaces in one 38-storey tower.
By keeping the commercial zones on the bottom floors and the residential zones on the top floors, the project creates a different identity for each area of the building. Its exterior design caters to both uses with a contemporary urban appearance, consisting of glass and aluminum curtain walls.
Both the residential and the commercial zones of Metropolin Tel Aviv come together at the ground level in a large, impressive open space that connects Begin Road to a newly-designed promenade overlooking the Ayalon Highway.
