Upper West project consists of two residential buildings located at Kiryat HaLeom, a high-end neighborhood in western Rishon LeZion, within walking distance from several high towers, the city courts, and several educational and cultural facilities.
Both buildings are 19 storeys high and consist of apartments in varying sizes and interior design, ranging from 3-5 bedroom apartments to penthouses. Upper West‘s design allocates the different apartments unevenly, spreading the different spaces into four segments in a unique manner that casts an intriguing mixture of light and shadows along the outer walls. The project is clad with granite stone, curtain walls and vertical elements that tie the building’s four segments together and make them seem taller than they are.
The project is built to maximize the sea view for all of the higher apartments, while providing large open spaces at the entrance level.
