Located on the outskirts of Givat Hatachmoshet and nestled in a pastoral view, the Paratrooper Foundation Heritage complex will include a terraced structure that has been divided into exhibition, information, memorial and educational wings, that will integrate completely in to the natural topography.
The architectural design will include a circle with a system of square courtyards in the center, divided by a "canal" that forms the Memory Path and ends at a tower. Despite the division into wings, the complex will radiate a wholeness that blends in with the site’s features.
With a panoramic view of Mt. Scopus, this dignified and restrained complex will become a center for research, instruction and education for the commemoration of the Paratroopers’ legacy for posterity.
