In the heart of an upscale residential neighborhood located in the center of the city, this gated residential compound will be constructed with a distinct style and will include two 30-storey residential buildings and six 24-storey buildings, a swimming pool, spa, gym and underground parking lot.
The rounded concrete beams, aluminum cladding with a wood appearance, glass and steel are the leading materials used in this project. In addition, an innovative construction method that is new to this area was used: no peripheral beams at the ceilings and columns.
