TLV Fashion Mall, completed in 2017, is located in the heart of Tel Aviv as part of a mixed-use complex of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. The mall is considered one of the city’s most iconic centers and a landmark in fashion and design in Israel.
The interior design spans approximately 12,000 sqm. and features two main boulevards: Museum Boulevard, an internal, covered street open 24/7, and Park Boulevard, situated beneath a public park.
Park Boulevard is distinguished by its organic design language, inspired by the topography of the lawns and hills above, and is illuminated by unique skylights in the shape of volcanoes that bring in natural daylight. Museum Boulevard is characterized by a continuous glass ceiling and trapezoidal elements that reflect a unified design concept.
The public space columns are clad in three-dimensional white Corian, while the flooring uniting both boulevards features black, gray and white tones with thick brass inlays. At its center lies a designated fashion area, later named “The Medallion.” Smart lighting, the interplay of glass and metal, and the meticulous attention to the walking experience all create the sensation of a city within a space.
Built on the former wholesale market site, the Mall continues Tel Aviv’s urban tradition while reinterpreting it. The integration of functions, use of premium materials, inspiration from the White City and the connection to the surrounding greenery transform TLV into a cultural-commercial hub with an inspiring presence.
