Located in east Tel-Aviv, and bordering the renewed Bitzaron neighborhood, this mixed-used complex represents urban continuity and connectivity to the bordering streets and an array of services including residential, commercial, office, public and open spaces.
Two office and commercial buildings, one 40 floors and the second 13 floors, are characterized by two geometric shapes that create the difference and tension between the buildings and create a gateway to the compound.
The associative relationship with the protected green space in the heart of the project is reflected by the diagonal cut of the roof of the lower building that is used as a green roof and the creation of a transverse axis of shaded balconies that divide the western tower and that lends the project its unique character.
