Siruben is located in northern Tel Aviv, near the port, and comprises three 9-story mid-rise residential buildings alongside a 21-story mixed-use tower integrating hotel, residential, and commercial functions. The new urban complex also includes an open public plaza and an underground public parking facility.
The mid-rise residential buildings contain 39 residential units and feature a shared lobby that creates an active urban edge along Hoshea Street. The stepped western façade, incorporating generous balconies, establishes a direct visual and spatial connection with the public plaza. The mixed-use tower includes 8 hotel floors with 110 rooms and 11 residential floors with 65 residential units. A transition level aligned with the height of the mid-rise buildings serves as a dedicated hotel amenity floor, including a swimming pool, and provides a clear and comfortable separation between the hotel and residential floors.
The architectural design draws inspiration from Tel Aviv’s International Style, expressed through light-colored façades, rounded horizontal beams, transparent Low-E glazing, and vertical brise-soleil shading elements naturally extending the architectural language of the White City. The façades gain depth and dynamic light-and-shadow effects that reinforce the complex interplay between residential and hotel uses.
Siruben presents a contemporary model of layered urban planning, combining mid-rise development, a modern tower, and an open public environment. Through a precise integration of residential, commercial, and hospitality programs alongside an active street frontage, the project creates a vibrant, accessible, and rich urban cross-section, reflecting thoughtful design and a high-quality response to Tel Aviv’s evolving urban fabric.
