Shay earned her degree in practical engineering from the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in 2026. Since joining the firm, she has worked on the Plot 102 project at the Terra complex in Tel Aviv. Originally from a kibbutz, Shay enjoys cooking and drinking good wine.
