The Sea Tower project features two stunning 22-story residential towers comprising 172 luxury apartments. Located on the seafront in the Park HaYam neighborhood in southwest Bat Yam, the development enjoys proximity to the promenade, parks, and commercial centers.
The apartments, ranging from 3 to 5 rooms as well as penthouses, were designed so that all balconies face west toward the sea. The façades showcase a modern design that combines dark basalt stone with light stone, while the horizontal balcony beams are clad in light colored aluminum. The building envelope incorporates the industrialized Baranowitz method for exterior cladding.
At ground level, a spacious public lobby connects the two towers and includes resident amenities such as the lobby, fitness center, resident’s club, and children’s playroom.
The surrounding open spaces were designed as pleasant landscaped areas with reflecting pools and seating zones, blending harmoniously with the fabric of the new neighborhood.
A central planning challenge was obtaining regulatory concessions and approvals for additional residential units and spaces beyond the original zoning plan, while maintaining high quality design standards and urban integration.
As the first project established in the Park HaYam neighborhood and due to its meticulous planning and design, Sea Tower sets a high benchmark for future development in the area, combining quality of life, sea views and modern residential architecture.
