As part of stage A this compound located in the northern part of Givat Shmuel comprises 4 buildings comprising 260 residential units that were built on two lots and were inhabited in 2019. Stage B is currently in the final planning stages and will involve the construction of an additional 287 residential units.
Stone and white and grey plaster will be incorporated in the buildings' elevations. The existing buildings are clad in the Beronovitch method with stones of grey and white plaster.
The uniform design language characterizing this project combines with the public easements to provide enjoyment and benefits to the general public and to the residents of the compound.
