The building’s façade design incorporates prefabricated concrete elements combined with stone and aluminum, unifying the elevations into a modern, cohesive architectural language while maintaining a warm, homelike character.

Thanks to its meticulous design and strategic location, the project ensures a high quality living experience in the heart of a renewing city. Completion is expected in 2027.
