Bordering with Ramat Gan and Bnei Brak Business Center's high rises, both park and stadium are planned to be a uniquely shaped perimeter, home of soccer games and music shows offering the public a perfect viewing experience.
Taking into consideration environmental conditions and the adjacent Yarkon river, great emphasis was put on the connectivity between the river and the park, while at the same time employing special green construction elements and materials.
The challenge of designing and constructing such a unique project, sprung creative solutions which take into account the natural beauty and location of this exciting new project.
The project was designed in collaboration with KSS Sports and Leisure Design Limited.
