Pri Magadim 2 Tower in Tel Aviv is an urban renewal project in the Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood, comprising a 25-story residential tower above a commercial ground floor and four basement parking levels.
Built on the site of five 1950s buildings, the tower offers 161 residential units, including 52 designated for existing tenants, and is scheduled for completion in 2027 with the completion of aluminum cladding and curtain wall installation.
Located at the corner of Nahalat Yitzhak and Pri Magadim Streets, approximately 500 meters from the Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station and the Red Line of the light rail, the project features an active commercial frontage along Nahalat Yitzhak Street.
The design addresses environmental challenges such as constructing basements below the groundwater level and managing stormwater in an area with a history of groundwater contamination, utilizing controlled infiltration via specialized drilling.
The tower’s placement on the southern portion of the lot creates a significant open public space to the north, connected to an accessible private open area and forming a continuous green space as part of the neighborhood’s garden network.
