Plot 8 Bat Yam

Location: Israel , Bat Yam
Size: 33,245 sq.m
Client: Purchase group by lawyer Yossi Mosari

Plot 8 Bat Yam is an upscale residential project comprising two 19-story towers above a shared ground floor and a 3 story connecting structure.

The complex spans a 7.4 dunam plot and includes 156 residential units, two underground parking levels and a storage floor in a parking gallery. Located about 300 meters from the sea, in the heart of the southwest Bat Yam district, the project offers a premium coastal lifestyle.

The design is guided by a vision of maximizing sea views for all residents. The towers are arranged in a pinch layout, allowing sea views even from the rear apartments, combined with full-height glass curtain walls, spacious balconies, and stepped upper floors to create unique apartments. The main lobby opens to an internal street and connects to a landscaped courtyard with greenery, seating areas, and walking paths.

During planning, the design was adapted to new constraints including the metro line, which expropriated a third of the plot and required a complete redesign of the parking areas. Exterior finishes combine Dekton panels in a dry-hanging cladding system, while glass is extensively used in public areas to create a transparent and elegant appearance.

The project sets a new standard of living in Bat Yam, blending modern residences, meticulous planning and high accessibility to the shoreline and the evolving public realm.
