Plot 7 is a distinctive office building forming part of a new, dynamic urban complex located in the heart of Tel Aviv, along the emerging Kiryah Boulevard and adjacent to a major public transportation network. The project includes five office floors above a commercial ground floor, with a basement level dedicated to technical rooms, storage and parking areas for bicycles and scooters.
Seamlessly integrated into the urban frontage of the former wholesale market, the building continues the architectural rhythm along Menachem Begin Road. Its design is intended to create an open dialogue with the urban context while maintaining flexibility for office division. The ground floor connects to the commercial promenade of Kiryah Boulevard, forming a dual façade towards both Menachem Begin Road and Graziani Street, complemented by pleasant, green pedestrian passages.
A key design challenge was maximizing the use of the narrow, elongated plot while maintaining zero setback and harmonizing with the neighboring structures. Inspired by Tel Aviv’s “White City”, the façade combines glass and aluminum with floating balconies, pronounced horizontal lines, and a landscaped green roof serving as a “fifth façade,” offering views for the residents of the surrounding towers. Designed for Israeli Green Building Standard 5281 certification, the project reflects a sustainable and forward-thinking vision.
The building is designed to strengthen the urban fabric and contribute to the mixed character of the neighborhood, which includes residences, commercial, office and public buildings. With its meticulous planning, iconic appearance, and high transport connectivity, Plot 7 is set to become a distinctive landmark in Tel Aviv’s urban core.
