Petah Tikva Cultural Square complex is located right at the heart of the city, along the light rail route, adjacent to the city’s cultural hall. The project integrates residential, retail, a Concert Hall, offices and a public building.
The commercial ground floor is covered by a colonnade facing Orlov Street and the Cultural Square, which will feature seating and gardening areas with shade-giving trees. Located above the commercial floor, two levels with offices and a Concert hall. The roof of which will host a landscaped garden, adjoining the public building, while above them rise 31 residential floors. The elongated, narrow site required a creative design solution: the residential tower was conceived as two wings connected by a shared elevators core and a transparent, light-filled atrium that emphasizes the sense of detachment, as if two distinct buildings stand side by side.
The project is based on principles of mixed-use developments: an active commercial frontage, and the seamless integration of public and residential functions, while emphasizing a welcoming and accessible public realm. Thanks to its strategic location and meticulous design, Petah Tikva Cultural Square is set to become a central hub blending culture, living and business, therefore strengthening the urban fabric through innovative architecture and tailored solutions for a complex site and diverse urban needs.
