Park Agamim Rishon LeZion is a mixed-use business and commercial project spanning a 9.4-dunam plot. It includes two 8-story office buildings above a retail floor and a car showroom, with two underground parking levels.
The design emphasizes an active commercial frontage along Tommy Lapid Street while creating a landscaped internal plaza that serves as the main pedestrian hub and entrance to the buildings. The uniform external envelope design ties the two structures together, while a curved internal façade establishes a dynamic dialogue between the volumes. This circular movement continues within the retail floor and is reflected in the balcony grooves and canopy design. Glass curtain walls around the perimeter of the buildings, with inclined panes, create an illusion of bending that adds to the sense of movement. The site integrates into its surroundings as part of the Agam Park business corridor, addressing topographical differences through terraced landscaping and ramps, and incorporating a showroom that faces both the upper promenade and the Ayalon Highway.
The project combines functional architecture with refined design, merging retail, exhibition and office experiences within a modern, green and accessible urban environment.
