Located at a major Pardubice intersection, the project is a local landmark and a focal point at the entrance to the city.
The Pardubice Mall is a three-storey mall with one floor of underground parking. The mall is connected to the existing Tesco store and includes shops, restaurants, cafés, eight movie theatres and a convention center with a capacity of 600 people. The building's outer walls are covered with a combination of natural stone and glass.
The outcome is the city's first, impressive mall, connected to its history with an inner courtyard reminiscent of a historic square at the center of town.
