Located on Tel Aviv's beach promenade, the iconic Opera Tower is a multipurpose project that consists of high-end apartments and an up-market commercial zone.
The project was designed with attention to the cultural importance of the location. Care was taken in the renovation of the lower floors to respect the historical building on the site, using the pointed-arch colonnade. Above this rises 25 storeys of terraced floors in a unique L-shaped building clad in a mosaic and plaster finish.
The tower brings Allenby Street to a dramatic end with a design building that offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean.
