The mixed-use Nicosia Landmark Tower, rising above neighboring buildings and offering amazing views of the city, will be the city's tallest building.
This project was configured as an L-shaped base with a covered plaza as an open space in front of its entrance, which encourages a retail experience. The tower was designed as a single iconic building in a way that reinforces its vertical proportions.
The Nicosia Landmark Tower houses 6,000 sq.m of office space, a reception hall, a 100-key boutique business hotel and 4,500 sq.m of luxury residences.
