Located on the shores of the South China Sea, between the airport and the city of Nha Trang, this resort was scheduled to be Vietnam's very first time-sharing project.
The resort was to be made up of two parts: two residential buildings, a public building with residential units, four 5-6 storey residential buildings with penthouses, and an area dedicated for luxury villas. Water elements were designed to appear throughout the resort, and the project included the complete redevelopment of the nearby park and beach for the general public.
Nha Trang Resort Hotel was designed to be a top Vietnamese resort to spur the development of the entire surrounding area.
