The project is located in Tel Aviv at the corner of Allenby, Yehuda Halevi and Yavneh Streets, next to the Allenby and Yehuda Halevi light rail stations. To the south of the project is a building for conservation.

The construction will be a mixed-use tower that will include commercial, business, office, hotel, residential (112 units) and built-up public areas for a total of up to 45 floors. The total built area above ground is 59,500 sqm. and 27,700 sqm. below ground, on a 4.8 dunam plot.

The plan will continue the tower axis emerging along Allenby and Yehuda Halevi Streets. The proposed planning includes an urban square with direct access from the light rail station on Yehuda Halevi Street that will also provide a pedestrian crossing between Yavne and Allenby Streets.

The design scheme includes 3,375 sqm. of public areas and affordable housing will make up 15% of the residential units.

Empowerment of building rights is in accordance with Urban Plan TA/5000 and with the policy of the Plan for the Renewal of the Rothschild Main Business Center that favors the establishment of a mixed-use building.
