Located in the city center, near the city's historic area, the Mall of Sofia has become a commercial attraction.
The project includes three commercial floors and a five-storey office building with a separate entrance. The mall is divided into two parts, one designed as a curve and the other perpendicular to the street. Both are made of red ceramic tiles and transparent glass that allow shoppers to watch the street, and vice versa. There are three underground parking floors, a movie complex, a food court and restaurant whose diners can sit on the balcony facing the street.
The end result is a mall and an office tower, creatively designed in a way that has turned it into a local landmark.
