This mixed residential, tourist and commercial complex is delineated by two main roads and nearby green open parks.
At the heart of Lakeville Bay is a hotel with a radial design that creates the appearance of a lotus flower. Surrounding the hotel are the residential zones, built in a sequence of low-rises that continue the flow of the lake, providing its guests with scenic views and with large inner yards.
The project’s uneven terrain was used as part of the scenery with running streams and small waterfalls that uniquely connect the public and private spaces.
