Set of the cliff of Netanya, Lagoon is the first project in a new prestigious complex leading down to the boardwalk and the beautiful beach.
The mixed-use complex will eventually contain two residential towers, a hotel, an apartment hotel and a public structure that is alongside a large sculpture park. The successful design of the first residential building enables most of the luxury apartments to have sea views and a spatial, open feeling. The tower contains 153 varying size apartments over a luxurious lobby and spa, including an outdoor pool.
Once completed, this promises to be an iconic building, thanks to its unique design as a billowing sail and with its white aluminum and stone façade which can be seen from afar.
