The Gindi TLV Towers showcase meticulously designed interiors within a prestigious residential neighborhood in the heart of Tel Aviv. The public spaces were designed to strengthen the sense of community in the complex that includes 480 apartments.
Each main lobby spans approximately 450 sqm, featuring a dramatic 10 meter ceiling and a design inspired by the clover motif that has become an icon of the towers. Lobby walls are wrapped in metal profiles and white brass panels, creating a soft curtain-like effect visible from the outside. The flooring is black epoxy terrazzo, inlaid with brass clover medallions.
In Tower 1, the residents’ lounge includes a living room, library, dining room, two fully equipped kitchens and a business suite. Its design draws from classic British colonial style, with frescoed walls in deep forest tones and black parquet flooring. The children’s clubs in each tower are conceived as playful themed worlds tailored to different age groups, featuring whimsical graffiti, oak parquet flooring, and flexible mobile elements.
Tower 2 houses a gym with an adjoining lounge, a natural elliptical skylight and a colorful urban interior designed by artist Limor Tamir. Across the entire complex, natural materials, handcrafted details, original artworks, and carefully planned lighting and acoustics enhance the spatial experience.
The design of the Gindi TLV Towers blends material luxury with a rich living experience, offering residents functional yet beautiful spaces that foster a sense of home, community, and comfort at the very core of Tel Aviv’s urban life.
