Urban Design and Planning Director Kobi Yasky, Ph.D, earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics and an M.A. in Urban Design from Tel Aviv University, and completed his Ph.D in Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, U.S. in 1981. Kobi led many significant projects throughout Israel. He designed the master plan, among others, for the Ariel Sharon Quarter at Bar-Ilan Junction, the CBD of West Rishon LeZion, the Israel Military Industrial zone of Nof Yam, the CBD of Bat-Yam, the Pisgat Ze'ev Commercial Center and the Industrial and Commercial Park at Bnei Darom Junction, and detailed town plans for the Ramat Aviv Mall, Naot Midbar Mall in Be'er Sheva, the Rothschild 10 Tower in Tel Aviv and the Frishman 46 Tower in Tel Aviv.
Kobi has two daughters and three grandchildren. He swims 1km three times a week.
