This new master plan; which in line with the local urban development policies; is situated at the northern entry to Bnei-Brak's BBC, next to main traffic arteries, the future light rail path and Park Hayarkon.
The aim of the "Kineret" master plan is to contribute to the renovation and development of an old industrial zone by raising existing building rights in order to allow for a 34 storey office building above ground floor retail which will redefine the adjacent streets and the pedestrian experience.
