In the heart of the Kiryat Aryeh industrial zone, near Jabotinsky Road, a unique project is being developed, combining a 30-story office tower with contemporary urban scale construction.
The three podium floors are designated to house the main service center of “Eastern Import'', featuring an advanced garage with 22 lifting platforms, a luxury showroom for the Land Rover and Jaguar brands, and a spacious employee wellness floor.
The façades of both the podium and the tower face Moshe Dayan Street, integrating a commercial frontage, an entrance lobby and vehicle showrooms that create a dynamic and representative urban façade. The project is designed according to green building standards and is intended for LEED Gold certification.
Construction will be carried out in two stages: first the podium floors, followed by the tower.
The tower’s design draws inspiration from the elegant lines of the luxury vehicles and includes a green rooftop for events atop the podium.
This development will serve as an iconic landmark, reshaping the skyline of the area and combining advanced functionality with innovative architecture. This will be a significant contribution to the streetscape and to Kiryat Aryeh’s positioning as a modern business hub.
