Located in Herzliya’s hi-tech hub, this project consists of a business and commercial complex which encompasses a park.
It was built in 7 stages, starting in 1992 and finally completed in 2010. The surrounding environment contains both office zones and residential neighborhoods.
The project is defined by a series of high office towers that match those on the adjacent streets, as well as the nearby open park.
