Haharash 16 in Tel Aviv is a mixed-use office project featuring two 40-story towers above a shared six-level basement. Its strategic location near the Ayalon Highway, Tel Aviv HaHagana train station and the future light rail Purple Line ensures excellent accessibility.
The project comprises one office tower with an open floor area of approximately 1,300 sqm and another tower combining offices, residential units and a public facility. The complex forms part of a unified urban block together with the Vitania Tower, the Bank Hapoalim building and another mixed-use tower, creating an active commercial frontage along Haharash Street. An internal pedestrian promenade connects La Guardia Junction to HaHagana Road, integrating a series of continuous inner courtyards.
The design addressed strict height limitations and limited building lines by creating a structure with a small footprint that maximizes open space. Incorporating the structural system into the façade allowed for column-free office layouts and established a distinctive architectural language featuring curtain walls combined with BIPV panels, Dekton cladding and architectural concrete.
Haharash 16 integrates into the area’s urban plan as a high-end office and residential hub, balancing density with openness while ensuring seamless connectivity between public and private realms.
