Located in an area that was once dedicated to industry and workshops, the HaCharash LaGuardia Compound will be part of a burgeoning business district currently under development along the Ayalon Highway.
The project on 26 dunams and enveloped by three major traffic arteries will include six business and commercial towers with green areas in between them, in memory of the orchards that were once there. Pedestrian walkways will connect the different parts of the project, while the ground floors are expected to include car showrooms and restaurants.
The new zoning plan is a project that will spur development as older buildings are demolished and new construction projects turn the area into a high-end business district.
