Gti Malha Jerusalem is an innovative urban project located in the southern part of the city, in the heart of the emerging business and commercial hub of Malha. The complex comprises two towers rising 26 stories above a ground floor, three podium levels, and four underground parking floors. The project is designed to integrate commercial, business, public facilities and residential spaces, serving as a new southern gateway to the city of Jerusalem.
The architectural design draws inspiration from the vernacular architecture of the village of Malha, reflecting the mountainous landscape, local history, and regional climate. The building masses rise in gradual tiers, echoing the traditional stepped form of the hillside village, and are clad in natural stone that creates subtle plays of light and shadow. At the heart of the development lies a spacious central courtyard that continues the green axis of the adjacent Gti complex, allowing natural ventilation and a sense of openness. The surrounding environment features green roofs, lush landscaping, and vertical circulation systems that ensure comfortable pedestrian connectivity across the site’s varying levels.
The project addresses complex topographical challenges while striving to merge contextual planning, sustainability, and contemporary architecture. Combining natural materials such as stone and concrete with contemporary elements like curtain walls and high-performance solar-control glass, balances local character with technological innovation. Gti Malha Jerusalem redefines the relationship between the city and the park, between commercial and business, and between heritage and renewal, establishing itself as a key axis in Jerusalem’s urban evolution for the coming years.
