The Grand Mall located along the road to the airport and close to the city center is a state of the art mixed-use development project of a large shopping mall office building and hotel planned for a second phase.
The mall is designed in a ring shape, its large anchor stores facing enlarged open spaces reinforced by two main pedestrian entrances on the ground floor. The inner section is rotated in order to create a widening of the mall while generating gathering spaces at the opposite ends. The continuous shape of the spectacular skylight follows the ring line of the mall and creates interchanging inner spaces which produce unique light and movement effects.
The Grand Mall with its unigue main façade of colored glass displays an innovative architectural design becoming a landmark in the development of the city.
