Global Gold is a 32-story office tower rising in the developing Central Business District of Petah Tikva, along the key Jabotinsky axis and near the future light rail and metro stations.

The tower comprises 26 office floors above six podium levels, a commercial ground floor and three underground parking levels.
The project offers a unique mix that blends with its surroundings while maintaining an iconic identity. As part of its integration into the urban fabric, two public plazas have been designed facing the main streets, serving as meeting points and thoroughfares for public transit passengers. The architectural envelope features a smart LOW-E glass curtain wall that reduces solar radiation, combined with vertical shading profiles of varying dimensions that create a dynamic play of light and shadow. The landscape design draws inspiration from the saw-tooth roof of the historic Teva factory, marking the main entrance to the tower.

As part of a planned mixed-use complex, Global Gold is set to strengthen the district as one of the major employment hubs in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, combining advanced planning, excellent transport accessibility and modern design that conveys both prestige and functionality.
