On a beautiful slope in Givatayim and on the remnants of the city’s historical football stadium are stand two 17- and 25-storey residential buildings.
These two triangular buildings serve as an Iconic gate to a large public park that offers a variety of uses to the neighborhood residents. This gate connects the buildings in a panoramic viewing point with a path that leads to the nearby national park. The project includes 156 high-end apartments over a spacious foyer with a lounge and a gym.
The light, grid-like skin of the two truncated triangular extrusions has a wood-clad layer with windows that are separated by balconies that results in a vertical look.
