Genex’s design consists of an innovative interpretation of the Eastern European “block” design.
The project consists of a massive building that combines office and residential spaces. In order to better assimilate it with the surrounding buildings, the main body has been broken into several segments. This allows the design of special levels – to include public balconies in mid-levels – and the construction of varying apartment sizes and shapes.
A randomly perforated white outer shell provides the building with an independent appearance, in which the residential levels were lifted above the foyer’s level and seem to be hovering above their surroundings.
