On the Ayalon Highway, at the intersection of Emek Bracha and Yigal Alon streets, a striking 45-story mixed-use tower is planned, combining commercial, public facilities, offices and residential apartments.

The tower’s form and facade design aim to convey a sense of flow and harmony externally, while unifying the varying envelope requirements of its different uses. The facade integrates aluminum, advanced composite materials, and BIPV systems for on-site solar energy generation.
Roofs of the tower incorporate technical systems, photovoltaic panels, blue and green roofs on the amenity floor and a centralized energy plant for the entire building, all part of a holistic green design approach.
