The Leader House is a sustainably designed 5-storey office building located at the epicenter of Israel’s high tech hub, the Herzliya Pituach neighborhood.
The building's design consists of strong horizontal lines of white ceramic glass and a large, high atrium that enables natural air circulation. Its façade has been curved to fit the lot's characteristics. Underneath the retail floor are four underground parking levels that have space for 180 cars.
The final result is a building that stands out from its neighbors, thanks to its modern, aesthetic and innovative design.
