Eliya earned her B.Arch in Architecture from Ariel University in Samaria in 2025. since joining the firm Eliya has been involved in is the Lot 305 Sde Dov project on the sea in Tel Aviv. Eliya is married and a mother of two, and the founder of the "Smile of a Child" association.
