Located in the northeastern part of Ganei Tikva, this residential neighborhood is part of a wider municipal plan to transform a formerly agricultural area into a white-collar residential zone.
The project includes two high towers, 22 and 23 storeys high, set above a double-height entrance floor. There are 170 various-sized apartments and the four corners of each floor are completely open to the views.
In the future, a large park will be added to the east, with a piazza and commercial zones to the west, completing this upscale residential area.
