Located in a Belgrade neighborhood not far from the city's main road, this project was the city's first modern mall and a major part of the development of the area.
The Delta City Mall includes 1,200 above and below-ground parking spots and three commercial floors with fashion stores, cafés, restaurants, a supermarket and eight movie theatres. Transparent glass and porcelain tiles are a major element in the building's design, as well as skylights that let in natural light throughout the mall and a striking glass entrance.
The result is a recognizable local landmark and the most successful mall in the New Belgrade area.
