Located near Autokomanda square in south Belgrade, Delta City is projected to be the largest commercial zone in Serbia.
Delta City will showcase two floors of top quality commercial zones, with the third floor devoted to recreational space and consisting of gyms, spas and movie theaters. The underground floor will include a huge one hectare supermarket and 1,850 underground parking spaces.
The building materials, a mixture of steel, glass and artificial wood, are part of the contemporary feeling of the mega building. Inside one will find a plethora of multimedia LCD screens, artificial lighting and a gigantic aquarium that will keep visitors inside for long stretches at a time.
