Set at the heart of Bucharest, Romania, AFI Office Park Complex is located around AFI Palace shopping center. The office complex was designed as a premium class office space in the Romanian market.
The projects consist of five buildings of 12,000 sq.m leasable area each. The buildings have 11 storeys and two underground parking levels which directly connect to the mall underground structure.
This project was designed with an elegant and quiet appearance with natural white marble, aluminum and glass façades, the project has a modern look with an extensively landscaped outdoor area.
