Located on the town square of Ramat HaSharon, this project is the center of the entire area, and one of the reasons it has turned from a neglected part of town into a magnet for designer stores and high end cafés and restaurants.
Binyamini is comprised of three residential buildings with 130 units which surround an inner park and are placed above a retail area. The buildings' roofs are curved and made of zinc or aluminum, interacting with the light white stones which cover the walls.
The end result is a project that is in keeping with the area's architectural language, but at the same time has given Ramat Hasharon an interesting, fresh and modern addition to its town.
