The Big Fashion Glilot project includes a 45-story office tower above two expansive retail floors.
Located in northern Ramat HaSharon, between the Coastal Highway and the Ayalon, the complex also includes a five-level underground parking facility with approximately 3,500 parking spaces.
The development includes a designer boulevard with around 200 stores, double height internal streets that are open to the sky, landscaped areas, reflecting pools, playgrounds, cafés and restaurants.
Designed as a cutting-edge LIFE STYLE center, the project is defined as a Super-Regional Mall, with a 450-meter-long façade facing the Coastal Highway.
The tower is planned in accordance with LEED Platinum Certification, while the retail component complies with the Israeli Green Building Standard. The exterior façades are composed of aluminum fins with varying profiles and dynamic LED lighting, creating a shifting visual effect for people driving by.
Planned for over a decade, the project faced significant challenges such as: coordinating between three statutory master plans, the Civil Aviation Authority and Ministry of Defense restrictions, and managing a complex design process with planning committees and the two developers, Allied and Big.
The numerous alternatives explored over the years were ultimately consolidated into a distinctive architectural composition with a bold and impressive presence.
As the first landmark of the new business district in Glilot, the project is set to integrate with two additional 45-story towers in the future.
Its strategic location, scale, and architectural quality position Big Fashion Glilot and the Allied Cities Tower as an iconic landmark at the heart of the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area.
